Wakacom S.L. (“Waka Orbit”) acts as a data controller for personal data collected via this website, and as a data processor for data processed by the platform on behalf of its clients.

Data collected

• Forms: name, professional email, telephone, company, role, message.
• Technical cookies: see cookie policy.
• Server logs: hashed IP address, user-agent, timestamp — retained for 90 days.

Purposes & legal bases

• Responding to commercial enquiries — legitimate interest.
• Monitoring trials and appointments — performance of a pre-contractual agreement.
• Product communications (opt-in) — consent.

Retention periods

Commercial enquiries: 3 years after the last contact. Customer accounts: duration of the contractual relationship + 5 years. Logs: 90 days.

Recipients

Data is accessible to authorised Wakacom S.L. teams and our technical processors (Microsoft Azure — EU, Cloudflare). No transfers outside the EU without standard contractual clauses.
